Competition - Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:  

  • This prize promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Frozen Brothers Ltd or Gravity Active, associated agents, or anyone professionally connected with the prize promotion. 

Promotional Period:  

  • The promotion starts on 15th July 2024 and closes at midnight on the 16th of August 2024. 

How to Enter:  

  • Like the competition post on our Instagram post here.

  • Comment on this post which site you’re entering and tag a friend or family member you'd like to bring along Gravity Active. 

  • Follow or reshare Slushy Jacks and Gravity Active for an extra entry.  

Prize:  

  • The prize consists of 1x family pass (family of 4) to Gravity Active Leeds or 1 x family pass to Gravity Active Bluewater. 

Entry Restrictions: 

  • Employees of Frozen Brothers Ltd or Gravity Active are not eligible to win. 

  • Entrants must be based in the UK. 

  • Entrants must be over 16 years old but if you win you can take those under the age of 16 as part of the winning group if they are properly supervised. 

  • Tickets are not transferrable. 

  • Multiple entries are allowed. 

Winners Selection and Notification: 

  • There are 2 prizes available to win, one for each site. 

  • The winners will be selected at random on the 19th of August 2024. 

  • The winners will be notified by Instagram direct message to arrange the prize. 

  • The winners will have 2 weeks to reply before the prize is provided to the next runner-up. 

General Conditions: 

  • This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. 

  • By entering, participants agree to release Instagram of responsibility and agree to Instagram's terms of use. 

  • Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent will be void. 

  • The sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. 

  • The sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the giveaway. 

Privacy:  

  • Information collected for this giveaway will only be used for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties. 

Additional Terms: 

  • The tickets awarded as part of the prize must be used by 31st December 2024. 

  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, extend, terminate, or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reasons outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties. The Promoter will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment. Such circumstances include but are not limited to delays or disruptions that may affect the competition, industrial action, civil unrest, fire, flood, storms, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, acts of war, governmental action, or any other event that is beyond the control of the Promoter. 

  • Entry into the Promotion is at the entrant's sole risk. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, costs, expenses, or claims (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) suffered by entrants or any third parties arising out of or in connection with the Promotion and/or accepting a prize. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to entrants or any other person relating to or resulting from participation in this Promotion, save that nothing in these terms and conditions shall act to limit or exclude the Promoter's liability resulting from its negligence or fraud.  

  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to, lost, delayed, or not received entries, winner notifications, or prizes. The Promoter or its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries because of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of The Promoter or its agencies. 

  

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: 

  • The application and interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be governed by the law of England, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute concerning them. 

Winners' Details: 

  • The Promoter will administer the prizes. The surname and county of the winners will be made available to anyone who requests them by emailing customerservices@frozenbrothers.com within ten (10) days of the closing date. Participants may request their surname and county not to be made available in the event they win when responding to the winner notification email. Your details will not be passed onto any third party for any other purpose without prior consent. Your data will be kept secure and in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act. Entrants' personal data will be used and held in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, which can be found at the privacy link on the Promotion website.
